Custom-made products

Every portrait is generated and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will remake it at no charge (or issue a full refund if you prefer).

To file a claim:

  1. Email support@petartprint.com within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
  2. Include your order number and at least one clear photo showing the damage or defect.

We will review your claim within 3 business days and arrange a reprint or refund.

Lost orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, email us within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms a delivery failure, we will reship at no charge.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it (before AI generation begins) by emailing support@petartprint.com. After that point, your order has already been submitted to our AI pipeline and cannot be cancelled.
