What we collect

When you use Pet Art Print, we collect:

• Your email address — to send your order confirmation and updates.
• Your pet's photo — uploaded by you and used only to generate your portrait. Stored securely and deleted after your order ships (or sooner; see Retention below).
• Your shipping address — entered at checkout, stored with your order, and shared with Printify to fulfil your order.
• Order details — the product you chose, price paid, and order status.

We do not collect your payment card details. All payments are handled directly by Stripe.

How we use your data

Cookies and tracking

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This is first-party analytics — no cookies are placed on your device, no data is shared with advertisers, and no cross-site tracking occurs.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracker.

Data retention

• Pet photos: deleted 30 days after your order is delivered (or on request).
• Order records: kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Email address: kept until you ask us to delete it.
