Email is the only way to reach us, and it is the fastest one. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
What to include
So we can sort it out on the first reply, please send:
- Your order number, from your confirmation email, if your question is about an order.
- A clear photo of the problem, if the print arrived damaged or misprinted.
- The email address you used at checkout, so we can find the order.
Faster than email
Some things you can settle yourself without waiting for a reply:
- Track your order to see which stage it is at and get the carrier tracking link.
- The FAQ covers photos, likeness, formats, sizes and prices.
- Shipping and returns explains where we ship, and when we remake or refund a print.
Claims and cancellations
To cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing your order, before generation begins. For a damaged or misprinted print, email us within 30 days of the delivery date with a photo. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
